Payments for ApplicantAlly are processed by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle presents the final checkout total, including applicable taxes and currency, before you complete a purchase.
Prepaid time packs
ApplicantAlly currently sells prepaid interview-time packs unless a different billing model is clearly stated at checkout. Time packs are not recurring subscriptions. Usage is deducted while an interview session is active.
Setup issue review
If ApplicantAlly does not work on your setup, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will help troubleshoot and, where appropriate, help review or route a refund request through Paddle. This setup review does not guarantee that a refund will be approved, and it does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
Paddle refund rules
Refund requests, chargebacks, statutory withdrawal rights, technical-defect reviews, and discretionary refunds for Paddle-processed purchases are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle Refund Policy, and applicable consumer protection laws. Paddle may approve a full refund, approve a partial refund, or decline a request depending on eligibility, timing, usage, the reason for the request, and evidence of fraud or abuse.

For setup issues, failed access, billing questions, receipts, or refund requests, email [email protected] with the account email, approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue. You may also use the refund or receipt links provided by Paddle in your transaction email.
